I am a creative producer and cultural manager based in Prague and London with over 12 years experience in the field. Since 2020, I have been working independently - during that time I collaborated with Artsadmin and Empathy Museum in London (UK), Prague Quadriennial in Prague (CZ) and Chemnitz 2025 (DE).

Between 2016 and 2020 I was Artist’s Producer at Artsadmin in London (UK). Previous to that, I worked in various producing roles with arts organisations such as LIFT, British Council, ATC and artists such as Geraldine Pilgrim, h2dance and Katie Mitchell.

I specialise in producing interdisciplinary projects in international context. I am interested in political aspects of producing and curating, participatory arts practices and how arts intersect with political realities. As someone with international background and international practice, I often think of international artistic collaborations in the context of sustainability and global politics. Care, collaboration, transparency and generosity are at the heart of my practice.

I have produced interdisciplinary arts projects across the UK and internationally, including Belgium, France, Indonesia, Germany, Canada, USA, South Korea, Brazil, Palestine, Latvia, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Australia. I have worked in partnership with arts organisations and institutions such as Arts Centre Melbourne, Homo Novus Festival, Hull City of Culture, Eleusis 2021, KiKK Festival, Vooruit, TJP Strasbourg, Lieux Publics Marseille, Migration Museum London, National Theatre Scotland, Liverpool Arab Arts Festival, Shubbak, Festival International des Arts Bordeaux, Biennial of the Americas, Sommerblut Festival, Oorzaken Festival, Berner Generationenhaus, Maribor Art Gallery and MEM – Centre des mémoires montréalaises.

I am Clore Emerging Leader 2015, Producers’ Academy 2018 and IETM Campus 2019 alumni. In 2019 & 2020 I was part of Migrants in Culture, a network of migrant cultural workers organising against the Hostile Environment in the UK.

I hold an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths College, University of London (UK), MA in Theatre Studies from Jagiellonian University in Cracow (Poland) and BA in Journalism and Social Communication from University of Wroclaw (Poland).
